Ron Durie, DMD

Dr. Durie is a native of East Cobb where he attended Lassiter High school and the University of Georgia. While at UGA, he spent much of his time as a member of various community outreach programs, which ultimately inspired his decision to pursue a career in dentistry. Following his time in Athens, he attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in Kentucky.

While in Louisville, his passion for serving others continued in the form of providing care to underserved populations throughout Kentucky, educating younger generations about the importance of oral health, and mentoring prospective dental students. Since finishing his graduate studies, he has worked in both rural and urban settings in Georgia, providing a variety of services to a diverse background of patients.

Dr. Durie prides himself on his commitment to quality care in a calm and relaxed manner. He understands the importance of trust in the doctor-patient relationship, and firmly believes in open and honest communication throughout the treatment process. He participates in continuing education programs to keep pace with emerging technology and techniques. Additionally, he maintains active membership in the American Dental Association and Georgia Dental Association.

Outside of the office, Dr. Durie resides in Woodstock with his wife Marian, dog Zoe, and their son. Together, they enjoy exploring various walking trails and restaurants around the area. Beyond cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves, he is also an avid reader and Netflix watcher, and is always looking for recommendations on the next best show to watch!


Angie, Office Manager

Angie began her dental career as an assistant in 2006, building a solid foundation in clinical experience and patient care. Over the years, she transitioned into her current role as an office manager, where her detail-oriented nature allows her to keep the practice running smoothly. Her understanding of the daily operations ensures that every patient’s visit is organized and efficient from the moment they walk through the door.

When she isn't at the office, Angie is all about making memories with those she loves most. You’ll often find her enjoying quality family time, especially when it involves traveling with her kids and grandkids. She has a true passion for exploration and is always on the lookout for her next big adventure, bringing that same sense of energy and enthusiasm back to our team every day.

Crystal, RDH

Crystal is a highly experienced Registered Dental Hygienist with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing oral health through education a prevention. A native of Columbus, she attended Columbus State University, where she gradated with honors in 1994.

In 1996, Crystal relocated to Atlanta, where she establshed and advanved her career in dental hygiene. She has developed particular expertise in periodontal therapy, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and non-surgical treatment of periodontal disease. Known for her clinical precision and compassionate approach, she is dedicated to helping patients achieve long-term oral health and overall wellness.

Crystal recently moved to the East Cobb area with her husband, Brian, where she continues to provide high-quality patient-centered care. Outside of her professional role, Crystal enjoys attending concerts, hiking, and spending time her her cats.


Gabriela, Assistant

Gabriela is a skilled assistant that enjoys the combination of clinical precision and artistic detail that dentistry brings. She has always been drawn to the world of art, and her keen eye for color, symmetry, and form translates well into dentistry, especially when assisting with aesthetic procedures and lab work. For her, dental assisting is more than just a technical role; it is a way to combine her creative sensibilities with a commitment to providing high-quality, detail-oriented care that helps patients feel confident in their smiles.

She is a firm believer that a personable and empathetic approach is the foundation of a great patient experience. She takes pride in building genuine connections and helping even the most anxious patients feel at ease from the moment they sit in the chair. When she's not in the office, she recharges by spending quality time with her family and exploring the outdoors.
